The mystery of nature with all its facets of colors and shapes, fantastic and sometimes unreal it seems, but always powerful and immovable.

For me, trees have something mystical, enchanted and mysterious about them! They tell me so much, which I store in my mind and reproduce in my pictures. The silence, the light, the colors, clear or blurred traces, the bizarre shapes that nature creates, how nature conquers, occupies and defends its place....silently, constant, proud and immovable - and with a lot of power

This picture brings back magical memories of this fairytale forest on the Ile de Rè in the Atlantic off the coast of France. Between the sky and the endless sea. Trees talking to each other, illuminated by the sunlight, seeming to become an enchanted thicket at dusk.
