Artist Statement
A vivid memory from my childhood shapes my work today: the feeling of profound loneliness that struck me when I was just seven. This sense of separateness has become the backbone of my art, exploring themes of solitude, dreams, and the human psyche. I use my body in performative actions to tell these stories, and I believe imagination is the most powerful human capacity. Nature, particularly at night, often serves as a backdrop for my photographs, where I prefer authenticity over excessive postproduction. Inspiration comes from many places—film, music, art—and the thrill of creating parallel worlds outweighs any discomfort. Ultimately, photography is my way of channeling inner turmoil into something positive and meaningful.
