Lina Yakobi
IMDR: I create Interactive Multi-D Reality – what is it?
This is innovation in the art world. This is paintings have stepped beyond canvases and frames. The world has changed, and I cannot reflect it in 2D or even 3D, because these are limitations I have transcended. I invite everyone to see what is usually told in words. I have learned to show it."
Lina has been living and working in Spain since 2006. In 2023, she embarked on her professional artistic career. In just a year and a half, she participated in 17 group exhibitions worldwide, including three Biennales such as Basel, Miami (Art Basel), and Venice. Lina received an award and residency from the Golden Time Talent Confederation, as well as a certificate from the Luxembourg Art Prize.
Currently, Lina is a resident at a gallery in Manhattan, New York.
Her career is rapidly evolving: in 2025, she will begin collaborations with several factories, and another patent is in process, opening the door to partnerships in the fashion industry.
The rapid growth of Lina’s artistic career is strongly linked to the patent she holds for her unique method of creating images. Very few artists worldwide are awarded patents, as one must demonstrate true inventive novelty. Lina successfully proved this originality, which led to her patent being granted departament Patentes y Marcas, Madrid.
The Yakobi Method is a technique of depiction where a single visible image transitions to another hidden one.
Each artwork includes an AR image, allowing viewers to step beyond traditional perception and experience art in a new dimension.
Each of paintings is narrated by an AI guide, who can engage in discussions about personal growth and help explore topics that are often difficult to discuss with another person
