Katherine Adkins, born in 1988 in Huntington, WV, pursued her passion for art by obtaining a BFA in Fine Art from Columbus College of Art and Design and an MFA in Painting from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Her artistic journey has taken her through various cities, including Chicago, Detroit, Charleston, SC, and now Columbus, OH, where she maintains her painting studio. Katherine's work has been exhibited in prestigious venues such as Cranbrook Museum of Art, Huntington Museum of Art, Stove Works, James May Gallery, Roy G Biv, and Youngspace. Her paintings are part of numerous private collections, as well as public collections at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Greenleaf Art Center. Additionally, Katherine has contributed to the art community as an arts educator at institutions like Columbus College of Art and Design and Cranbrook Art Museum.
