Toos van Holstein: A Dutch Master Celebrated at Home and Abroad
Toos van Holstein (born 1949) is a highly respected figure in the Dutch art world. After graduating from the Academy in Tilburg in 1978, she taught aesthetics for many years, nurturing a deep understanding of artistic principles. Consistently ranked among the top 25 most popular artists in the Netherlands alongside luminaries like Marlene Dumas and Karel Appel, van Holstein was named the official Dutch Brilliant Artist of the Year in 2016.
