Tom Furey's art has always been an important part of his life, from working with his grandmother on arts and crafts at the young age of five to his current pursuit fifty-five years later as a professional painter. He approaches his artwork with personal and professional artistic challenges, inspired by prestigious artists he has worked with in his studio. His studies in college taught him that hard work and doing what you love lead to success. Tom creates his art to satisfy his need to create, feeling compelled to give a part of himself to anyone who understands and embraces the art. Each piece he creates becomes part of his art family, conveying where he is and what he was doing at the time of its creation. His mission as an artist is to share what he has learned over the years through his art.
