The Artistic Journey of Tay Cha
Tay Cha is a New York-based multimedia artist. He studied visual art as a BFA Studio Art student at Denison University, where he was awarded an Art Department Fellowship and the prestigious McGaw Fine Art Scholarship. He furthered his education by obtaining an MFA at The University of Pennsylvania, Penn Design, where he received the Lawrence Schprintz Award for outstanding performance in any media. Tay has an interest in art education and holds an Advanced Certificate in Art and Design Education from Pratt Institute. He is proficient in various media, including comic book arts, drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, collage, and ceramics. Tay has exhibited in group and solo shows in New York, Ohio, Arizona, Philadelphia, and London.
