The Artistic Journey of Lampu Kansanoh

Lampu Kansanoh was born in 1983 in Pua District, Nan Province, and grew up in Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province. She graduated from the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture, and Graphic Arts at Silpakorn University, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree. Lampu has created a variety of paintings that have been frequently exhibited at many exhibitions, gaining recognition for their unique style. Her work is memorable and impactful due to the "fun and sincerity with hidden contents" expressed through distorted images of human faces and bodies. Her paintings often comment on society and surroundings from her perspective, using exaggerated forms and rough brushstrokes to convey her message.
