The Artistic Journey of Jonathan Kwegyir Aggrey
Jonathan Kwegyir Aggrey was born in 1984 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Education from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. He has exhibited and participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions across the globe, including in countries like Ghana, Turkey, Romania, China, Thailand, Colombia, Mexico, Kosovo, Nigeria, Italy, France, Norway, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Albania, and Russia. His work is part of several international collections, including the Qingdao Art Museum in China. He has been recognized with various awards, such as the 'Young Icon' award at the Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah African Genius Awards in 2014 and the 'Golden Brush' award in Gaziantep, Turkey, in 2017.
