The Artistic Journey of Janis Titans
Janis Titans was born in 1968 into an artist family. He studied at the Riga Art and Design Secondary School from 1982 to 1987 and later at the Art Academy of Latvia, where he completed his master's degree in art in 1996. After university, Janis worked with the famous Latvian sculptor Vilnis Titans on various projects, gaining expertise in bronze and granite sculptures. Alongside sculpture, he pursued design, creating numerous bathtub design collections in Latvia, Estonia, and Dubai. Despite these diverse artistic endeavors, Janis's true passion lies in painting, where he expresses his deepest emotions and thoughts. He has participated in art expositions since 1992, both personal and group, in Latvia, Sweden, and Germany.
