Giada is an Italian painter based in Lombardy, whose work explores the complexity of female identity through realism, symbolism, and emotional depth. She graduated with honors from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Milano and has been working as a professional artist for over ten years. Her practice is rooted in oil painting on canvas, with a focus on the female figure, often portrayed in suspended moments of intimacy, resistance, and reflection.

Her compositions are cinematic and psychologically charged, combining traditional techniques with contemporary themes such as gender-based violence, ecological symbolism, and mythological resonance. Nudity, when present, is treated as a language of vulnerability and memory, never as mere display. Giada’s work has been described as visually striking and socially engaged, blending cold light, rarefied spaces, and surreal elements to evoke both personal and collective narratives.

Over the years, she has exhibited extensively across Europe and internationally, with solo and group shows in Italy, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Chile, and the United States. Her most recent exhibitions include:

Giada’s pictorial research stems from a visual and narrative urgency: to give body and voice to the female figure in all its nuances, fragilities, and powers. Graduated with honors from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Milano, she has been working as a painter for over ten years, devoting herself exclusively to oil on canvas with a realistic approach that occasionally touches on symbolism and the surreal.

Her paintings stage women suspended between intimacy and resistance, between silence and gaze. Some works explicitly address the theme of gender-based violence prevention—not through rhetoric, but by constructing tense atmospheres, ambiguous relationships, and interrupted gestures. The nude body, when present, is never exhibitionist: it is language, vulnerability, memory.

In her work, light is often cold and sharp, like frames from an inner film. The compositions unfold in rarefied spaces, where the male figure appears distant—sometimes a spectator, sometimes a shadow. Women, by contrast, are the absolute protagonists: seated, standing, reflected, immersed in silent dialogues with space or with other presences. Faces brush against each other, seek each other, mirror each other. Their gazes do not ask—they affirm.

Some recent canvases incorporate symbolic and dreamlike elements: floating coins, landscapes reflected in sunglasses, impossible garments. These details are not decorative, but fragments of a language that blends myth, future, and memory. Each painting is an attempt to portray woman as an active, complex subject—never reducible to stereotype.
